content_arrowLegality provides a choice of transparent fee plans. Unlike traditional law firms, Legality does not charge for telephone calls, faxes, letters, emails or similar every-day office expenses. We use technology to swallow up these costs! Other expenses are charged at actual cost. At the start of a project, you simply choose from one of the following options:

Hourly Billing Plan

Under this plan services are charged at an hourly rate. Whilst not providing the benefits of the fixed price packages below, you only pay for time actually incurred. The current rate is £235 per hour (excl. VAT) and is valid to 31st December 2008.

Daily Rate Plan

Legality can provide legal services for a full eight hour day at a rate of £1,400 per day, excluding VAT. This represents a cost saving of over 25% compared to our hourly billing option.

Fixed Price Plan

For many projects, Legality can agree a fixed price with you. The fixed price option is particularly suitable for services such as the drafting of standard terms and conditions.

Annual Price Plans

Legality offers several annual price plans. For a fixed monthly payment, you can request legal services on a 'call-off' basis. It's like having your own internal legal department! Please contact us for further details.
